LVFU ESS fire safety system

LVFU ESS cabinets and container fire protection system integrate three core safety technologies: aerosol fire suppression, cell-level monitoring, and proactive safety early warning. Together, they form a comprehensive safety protection system.

Aerosol Fire Suppression Technology

Firstly, aerosol fire suppression technology is one of the features of the LVFU ESS fire safety system.Once a fire risk triggers the system, it rapidly extinguishes the fire through chemical inhibition and cooling. This technology leaves no conductive residue and offers dual protection via automatic, remote, and manual controls.

Cell-Level Monitoring Technology

Second, this technology relies on the BMS to collect and balance cell voltage, current, and temperature data at millisecond levels. As a result, it suppresses abnormal operating conditions and extends battery cycle life to over 6,000 cycles. In addition, it enables remote visual monitoring through a cloud-based digital twin.

Proactive Safety Early Warning Technology

Finally, this technology adheres to the principle of “prevention first.” It features real-time alarm and fault prediction functions. Depending on the severity of anomalies, it executes early warning notifications, power limits, and electrical isolation shutdowns, thereby achieving multi-level proactive protection.
