As more residential and commercial users seek stable and flexible energy storage, many customers want to expand battery capacity while keeping their existing equipment. In this Romania project, LVFU Energy supplied four 51.2V 280Ah floor-standing lithium batteries and integrated them with the customer’s existing Deye energy storage system.
Based on the rated voltage and capacity, the four batteries provide approximately 57.3 kWh of theoretical nominal energy, placing the project in the approximately 50 kWh-class storage range. Seamless Integration with the Customer’s Deye System
The project’s key advantage comes from the smooth integration between the LVFU floor-standing lithium batteries and the customer’s existing Deye system. Instead of replacing the customer’s core equipment, the installation team added LVFU batteries to expand the system’s storage capacity. As a result, the customer simplified the upgrade process and continued using the existing equipment.
After the team completed the installation, wiring, and commissioning, the LVFU batteries worked seamlessly with the customer-owned Deye system. Moreover, the customer reported stable operation without any faults during nearly one year of use. This result highlights the importance of equipment compatibility, proper installation, and reliable long-term performance in an energy storage project.
Floor-Standing Design for Flexible Installation and Maintenance
The project uses a floor-standing battery configuration. The four units stand together inside the equipment room, which gives the installer greater flexibility when arranging the batteries, inverter, and distribution equipment. In addition, the layout makes equipment inspection, cable management, and future maintenance more convenient.
The installation photo shows a clean and organized connection area between the batteries, inverter, and distribution equipment. However, every new project must follow the battery datasheet, required equipment clearances, ventilation conditions, floor loading requirements, and applicable local electrical regulations.
