Empowering Polish households with energy independence through efficient and flexible storage solutions, leveraging the synergy between Deye inverters and LVFU batteries under favorable subsidy policies.

Project Overview
This residential energy storage system features a Deye hybrid inverter paired with a 15kWh LVFU LFF51280 Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. We designed this solution to optimize household energy consumption, maximize solar self-consumption, and provide reliable backup power during grid instability. Notably, the mobility of the LVFU battery offers users unprecedented flexibility, allowing them to reposition the unit based on their specific needs.
Market Background & User Needs
1. The “Mój Prąd 6.0” Subsidy Program
Poland’s “Mój Prąd 6.0” initiative serves as a powerful catalyst for residential PV and energy storage development. This program offers substantial subsidies for households installing PV micro-inverters alongside storage systems. Specifically, users can receive up to PLN 16,000 for electricity storage (with a minimum capacity of 2kWh) and a combined total of up to PLN 28,000 for integrated systems. Furthermore, since August 1, 2024, the government has mandated energy storage for all new PV installations, further underscoring the vital role of these solutions.
2. Electricity Volatility & Energy Autonomy
In recent years, retail electricity prices in Poland have fluctuated significantly. While the government initially froze prices to protect consumers, the long-term trend of rising costs and grid instability continues to drive households toward energy autonomy. Under the current net-billing system, selling surplus power back to the grid yields lower returns than the cost of purchasing electricity. Consequently, maximizing self-consumption has become the most effective way to save on bills. An efficient storage system can increase self-consumption rates from a typical 30-40% to 70-80%, drastically reducing household expenses.
Solution Highlights
LVFU LFF51280 15kWh Energy Storage Battery
The LVFU LFF51280 stands out primarily due to its innovative mobility. This design allows homeowners to deploy the battery flexibly—moving it between different rooms or areas as power requirements change. With a 15kWh capacity, it comfortably meets the daily energy demands of an average Polish household while ensuring a robust backup supply. Moreover, its LiFePO4 technology guarantees high safety standards, a long service life, and superior cycle performance.
Seamless System Synergy
By combining the Deye inverter with the LVFU battery, we have created a highly synchronized energy management system. The inverter intelligently manages charging and discharging cycles to ensure the household utilizes every kilowatt of solar energy effectively. Meanwhile, the battery’s mobility enhances the system’s overall adaptability, allowing it to align perfectly with the user’s specific lifestyle and evolving needs.
